Thin Stemmed Goblets

Long Stemmed Goblets made from Pau Rosa & Holly, and Spalted Sycamore & Holly, both are 12″ tall. Both were a challenge to turn due to the thickness of the stem.  I will be demonstrating how to make these at the North Highland Woodturners Club in Thurso in September, further details to follow.

Another one the series of Airbrushing techniques this time the colouring was inspired by a Maple Tree just outside our house in its autumnal colours.  Using Yellow/Green, then Orange and Red Molotow Aqua Inks and then sealed, and lacquered to finish.

Sycamore Bowl

In my endeavour to improve my Airbrushing techniques i created this Sycamore Bowl, again inspired by Nick Agar`s Viking Sunset Bowl.  This the paints used were Molotow Aqua Inks which are child friendly paints.  Textured with the Robert Sorby Micro texturing tool.
